Makkah and Holy Sites Development Authority was established in 1421 AH, to carry out the mission of development in Makkah Al-Mukarramah by preparing the structural plan for the central region and implementing major development projects. The Commission develops and updates the structural plans for the city and the holy sites, and is concerned with coordinating between the authorities responsible for planning and implementation in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The Authority aims to work on setting appropriate rules for the disposal of real estate in areas subject to development and expropriation of real estate located in the central region and to attract investors interested in investing in the development process of the central region of Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

Services:

We prepared and organized an interactive workshop for the Development Authority of Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region over two days in Taif Governorate. The workshop discusses one of the most important existing projects, which is the development orientation project and the comprehensive plan for Taif Governorate, which aims to advance the region and its development in all social and economic aspects, planning and infrastructure in accordance with the foundations and strategies region and contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
